Our metal products company, invested by KongYin Hunan Ltd, was founded in 1994. We keep manufacturing excellent and professional high strength low relaxation prestressed steel wires & high strength low relaxation prostressed steel strands. By this June (2006), we had been producing over 200,000 metric tons of steel wires and steel strands every year from five production lines, by doing this, our company is available to fulfil clients' need worldwide.
Our production equipments are from M.Frigrio.S.P.A. Co., ltd in Italy and other superior machine suppliers in other developed countries. These advanced machines are characterized in high-speed (adjustable), automation (PC Control), low noise, all digital PLC Control and reliable operation process. All these assets make us capable to manufacture various products respectively according to GB/T5224-2003, GB/T5223-2002, ASTMA416, JISG3536, BS5896 and other international standards.
Our products have been prevail in many other countries and have been put in use in more than 40 highways and over 100 intersections, including the Great Peking-Kowlong Railway, NanKun Railway, YuHuai Railway, Tibet Railway, Canton-Hainan Railway and so on.
Early in the year 2003, our steel wires and steel strands begin to export to U.S.A., South-Asia, and Africa by quantity of 200,000 metric tons per year. We are the greatest steel strands/wires exporting company in P.R.China. All of our products gained great appraisals and the reward of credit such as ISO9001:2000, Certificate for Perfecting the System of Inspection Measurement and Test, CNAB, PICC of Pacific Insurance of China, GB/T5223-1995 and the Adopting International Standard Product Marking Certificate.
